A wire harness, cable assembly, or wiring assembly, is a string of wires and/or cables which transmit informational signals or operating currents. Modern-day cable harnesses provide several advantages over loose wires and cables. By binding the many wires and cables into a wire harness, the wires and cables can be better secured against the adverse effects of vibrations, abrasions and moisture. That's where we come in.

Cable harnesses are usually designed according to geometric and electrical requirements, and assembled from a diagram prepared for production. The wires are cut to desired lengths, with the ends then stripped, and fitted with any required terminals and/or connector housings. The cables are assembled and tied together on a workbench and/or onto an assembly board, according to the design specification, to form the cable harness.
